We'd rather make it right than issue a refund. Most plans and projects include revision rounds so we can refine deliverables to meet the agreed scope. If something isn't right, tell us — we're committed to delivering work you're happy with.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your name, business name, the charge in question, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment processor (Stripe) and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we're glad to help resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and could result in suspension of active services while the dispute is reviewed.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and apply to charges made after the effective date.
